We provide fast, professional mobile auto repair and roadside assistance services across our UAE coverage areas, including:

Roadside Tyre Replacement
Emergency Jumpstart Services
Tyre Repair and Replacement
Tyre Punctur
Flat Tyre

All services are performed on-site, at your location, after booking confirmation.

3. Booking a Service

Services can be booked via phone or WhatsApp at +971556550522.
You must provide accurate vehicle details, location, and contact information when booking.
Booking is subject to technician availability and service coverage.

4. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit/Debit Card
Bank or Online Transfers

Payment must be made upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Vehicle & Service Limitations

We do not provide services for:

Trucks or heavy-duty commercial vehicles
Motorcycles or scooters
Boats or marine vehicles
Hybrid or electric vehicles
Key fob or remote tyre replacements

Our services are for standard private gasoline and diesel vehicles compatible with our tools and resources.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or decline service if:

False, misleading, or incomplete details are given during booking
The vehicle is outside our coverage area
The environment is unsafe or inaccessible
There is harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff

7. Service Coverage & Timing

While we strive to arrive promptly, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or emergencies.
Emergency calls are prioritized based on request urgency and location.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Although we aim for the highest service standards, 800 Tyre Guru is not liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage
Delays caused by force majeure or third-party disruptions
Issues caused by incorrect vehicle details provided by the customer
Damage resulting from misuse after service completion

9. Warranty & Returns

Tyre replacements may include manufacturer warranties — details available at the time of service.
No returns or refunds are available for consumable products (fuel, oil, etc.) once delivered and used.
Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer’s terms.

10. Customer Conduct

We expect respectful behavior toward our technicians. Any abuse, threats, or discrimination will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law, with disputes handled exclusively by Dubai courts or other relevant jurisdictions.
